There are two models of the HT-RA62. The `*HT-RA62-HF`* operates on frequencies between 863 and 928 MHz, while the `*HT-RA62-LF`* operates on the lower-frequency 433 and 470 MHz band.

There are several pin-compatible clones of the HT-RA62, including the RA-01SH. Some of these clones lack the precise TCXO of the original, causing issues when operating at a low `F0af`_`[bandwidth`:/page/wiki.mu`path=LoRa_parameters|anchor=bandwidth]`_`f setting.
